If you are worried about your child or young person's health, it can be difficult to know where to start. You may be noticing differences in how they grow, learn, communicate, move, behave or interact with others, or you may already have a diagnosis and be looking for support.
You do not need to have a diagnosis to seek advice or support. Trust your instincts and talk to the professionals who know your child or young person, such as your GP, health visitor, school nurse or other healthcare professionals involved in their care.
