Parent Ideas Factory

We want to hear your ideas on fun, new, and exciting activities you think would be a great addition to our Family Hubs.
These ideas could be for our little visitors, teens or maybe you’ve thought of something that the parents would enjoy.

Take a look at how our factory works and then submit your idea to get started.

Step 1: Your lightbulb moment

Think about some of the different activities you think your child or young person aged 0 to 19 would enjoy, or if there are activities you’d benefit from as a parent

Step 2: Tell us about it


Once you’ve come up with your suggestions, you can fill in our online form or share your ideas in person by dropping into your local Family Hub

Step 3: The green light stage

All the ideas that are submitted will go through ‘the green light stage’. This is where members of the local community come together every month and vote on which activities to progress.

Step 4: All systems go!


If your idea gets the green light, it will then be shared with your local Family Hubs to be organised and added to their activity timetables.

Step 5: The final product
