BYouth 

Brand new for 2026 Base71 Youth Zone is a place young people can enjoy over 20 activities, including football, boxing, climbing, creative arts, music, drama and employability training. Located in central Barnsley, opposite the bus station on Schwabisch Gmund Way, the Youth Zone is staffed by skilled youth workers.

At the heart of The Exodus Project are our clubs—safe, welcoming spaces where children and young people can grow in confidence, build lasting friendships, and discover their potential. Each session is packed with fun, creativity, and care, reflecting our commitment to nurturing lives and strengthening communities

We are an independent local charity that works for and with children, young people and their families delivering high quality children’s and youth work programmes. We provide a safe and welcoming space and positive activities supporting participants so they can belong, contribute and thrive in their communities. We have been an active part of our community since 1857 and have an established reputation as a deliverer of youth services.
