Carers Assessment

A carer's assessment helps the Local Authority to work out if you're eligible for support from Adult Social Care in your role as an unpaid carer, in accordance with the Care Act. It's a chance for you to discuss how your caring duties affect you, and we'll look at what help you may need in your caring role
