Service Description:Who is it for?
Pregnant women or New Mums with a baby up to 6 months old who are feeling anxious, low, lonley or isolated.
How does it help?
- Make new friends and share your experiences
-Talk in confidence to other like-minded mums with the support of a Midwife.
- Get tips for bonding with bump or baby
-Understanding anxieties, and worries in a safe space
-Distraction techniques to reduce anxiety.
-Discussion on Birth Choice.
-Breathing Techniques/Mindfulness.
-Art therapy and more.
